I can't believe it's almost Valentine's Day! This year so far is definitely passing me by. I absolutely love this month, mainly because it's my birthday month! I get to be showered with gifts twice this month and within a matter of days. Last year, I couldn't spend this day with my boyfriend because I was away at school. Can't wait to spend this year with him! Here's some ideas for celebrating with your beau or even a girls night out:
Black & white is definitely this season's trend and I absolutely love it! I have yet to embrace it, but I'm thinking this month is the great time to do so. I have loved these Zara heels since I seen them on the site and I'm still eyeing them. Black & white is often paired with red, but I think this pink clutch adds a bit of femininity to the high contrast dress. Pair off this outfit with a nice pink hue lipstick, such as MAC's Candy Yum Yum.
Two trends meet with this outfit; peplum and tuxedo pants. If you're not looking to dress up that much, but don't want to be undressed, opt for this look. I'll be emulating this outfit since I work late and don't want to fuss with changing after work. I actually have the tuxedo pants, they're from Kohl's and came in two other colors. This white peplum top evens out the intensity of the red pants. MAC has great red lipsticks for this Valentine's Day season. And of course I'll be pairing this off with my favorite perfume of the moment, Rihanna's Reb'l Fleur.
