This past Sunday, FASH DET, a network of Detroit fashion bloggers, got together to celebrate its first year and to mingle amongst members.
We met up at the Black Finn in downtown Royal Oak. It was my first time going, despite being an avid downtown RO goer. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't necessarily "OMG amazing" either. I ended up ordering crab cake sandwich.
I saw many new faces and old faces, rather it be just from Instagram or personally. I met some really great people and had great conversation with them. We played a game to help us learn more about each other from surprise facts to fashion must haves.
I absolutely loved the set up. From the pink accents to the place cards to the cupcake/gift station to the networking station. A lot of people had business cards that advertised their blog, which has me googling a good place to purchase from.

Wearing H&M pants, thrifted blazer, Jennifer Lopez heels, Forever21 tank & necklace, earrings from African World Fest. All in all I really enjoyed myself and can't wait for the next Fash DET event!
BTW: This was all wrote on my new MacBook Pro! (does happy dance)
