Best & Worst Dressed: 2012 Emmy Awards.

Award season is officially upon us. Yesterday, the Emmy Awards took place at Nokia Theatre in California. I must be honest, I only watched the awards for the fashion and outside of that, it was completely dull and dry to me.

Here's my list of the best & worst dressed Emmy attendees:

The Best

5. Mad Men's Jessica Pare is the definition of classic with this styling. From the dress to the makeup to the hair.

4. Scandal's Kerry Washington can do no wrong in my eyes. She looks stunning and I can't wait for Scandal to return this Thursday!

3. Homeland's Morena Baccarin and this plunging neckline is what it's all about! And this color looks great on her.

2. Project Runway's Heidi Klum looks gorgeous for her first major red carpet appearance post-divorce. I still can't believe she has 4 kids; her body sure doesn't tell that!

The Worst

5. Downtown Abbey's Michelle Dockery in this fabric and dress silhouette does nothing for me. It doesn't look very flattering on her body and fabric like such gets wrinkled very quickly & doesn't look good afterwards.

4. Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss looks like she's about to go salsa dancing. This was a miss for me.

3. Girls' Lena Dunham just looks dreary to me. Maybe it's the fact that she's slouching. Or it could be this dress on her.

2. The Big Bang Theory's Mayim Bialik just looks heavy to me in this dress. Too much fabric. Maybe in a different color, such as black, it wouldn't be the case.

The Best & Worst Dressed Goes To....

1. Once Upon A Time's Ginnifer Goodwin won me over in this beautiful tangerine dress. The detailing is phenomenal to me and the color looks great on her skin complexion paired with her dark pixie locks. This color was a definite trend on the red carpet!

1. Model Mayra Veronica shouldn't have shown up to the Emmy's in this. Either she has really bad friends or she wasn't near a mirror when she got dressed. Either way, this look is terrible. Maybe if she hadn't paired those gloves with it and opted for a different clutch & different hairstyle it wouldn't have been bad. But she didn't opt for those options, so she deserves worst dressed!
