Beauty Pick Up: Sephora Cream Lip Stains.

Last Thursday, I headed to the mall to grab something for my sister, along with grabbing something from Sephora. I knew I wanted to try Sephora's lip stains, since I saw one of my favorite instagrammer and bloggers, Mia Ray, with the Always Red lip stain on and it looked fab.


I ended up getting the Always Red Lip stain (left), along with another great color, Endless Purple, a matte mauve plum color (right). They're only $12 each, which isn't too bad for a long lasting lip stain.


On the way to date night with Lucy. I loveee this lip stain. I've tried reds and I haven't really felt great in them, but this lip stain... Woooooo! Definitely had me feeling myself LOL.

I love that is goes on smoothly like a lip gloss, but turns into a matte. I also love the longevity of it. I had nachos and a slurpee and only had to reapply a tad bit afterwards. The next day I went out with Lucy for his best friend's birthday and it stayed on the whole night with me sipping on a drink!

Saturday night I headed out to the bar to celebrate my bestfriend, B's, birthday with my boyfriend. I'm pictured here wearing the Endless Purple. It lasted the whole entire night, through a 40 minute drive back to the city and multiple shots & drinks. Love it! I'll try doing another post with a close up of the Endless Purple lip stain.

    I've never tried a lip stain, but both of those look great on you!

    So do you have to put a gloss or anything on top of the stains?

      I didn't put a gloss on either since they're both matte finishes, which I love. Doesn't even feel like you have anything on.
