The biggest night in music took place last night at Staples Center; The Grammys. I always tune into the Grammys to see the fashion and the performances.
Here's my list of the best and worst dressed Grammy attendees:
The Best
Beyonce looked spectacular in a white sheer Michael Costello gown. Had to include a picture of the back of this dress! She was not seen on the red carpet pre-event, but changed into this outfit post her performance with husband, Jay-Z.
Chrissy Teigen shined in this beautiful, glittery Johanna Johnson gown. Love this hairstyle compared to her usual long tresses.
Chrisette Michelle brought sexy to menswear in this funky Etro pantsuit.
Tamar Braxton looked radiant in this red Michael Costello dress. I'm happy she switched up her hairstyle. I love a good bob!
The Worst
Katy Perry tries way too hard for me 80% of the time. This is a complete and absolute miss for me. It looks like she had extra tulle sitting and around and wrapped it around her top half.
Fantasia could've been free of the worst dressed list if she parted ways with that red lanyard around her neck. If it was for VIP access, I'm sure her assistant or someone could've held that for her while she walked the red carpet.
CeeLo Green has never been well dressed to me. People love him cause he pushes the envelope, I just think he's looks like a fool. His attire last night is no different. It's like he went back in time to the TLC "Creep" music video set and stole their silk pajamas.
Madonna was a miss for me. Every one seemed to have loved this look from her, but to me it was all publicity to bring her adopted child, David, dressed alike to such a public event to offset her calling her other son, Rocco, "#disnigga" on her IG page just last week.
The Best & Worst Dressed Goes To...
Ciara wins best dressed in a custom made Emilio Pucci dress brings attention to her belly. I'm so happy she didn't wear the baggy clothes she's been wearing to cover her bump. I'm over here having baby fever, so when I see a belly, I'm all in! But you can't say she doesn't look gorgeous and glowing in this gown.
Pharrell Williams wins worst dressed because I just can't get with this hat. At all. It doesn't make sense with his outfit. If you're gonna go with this Smokey The Bear hat - go in all costume. But to throw on this hat with a track jacket and jeans... NO! Arby's even took at stab at him tweeting, "Hey @Pharrell, can we have our hat back?"
